Cooking from the Garden

Let’s face it, while the positive mental state that can be brought about by gardening is great and all, the main reason to have a garden is to grow your own food, and eat a quality meal. While a good salad is healthy and yummy, cooking a meal with components you pull out of your garden can nourish both your mind and your belly!

Here we will share some of our favorite meals to make with what we harvest from our garden. Having fresh ingredients on hand that you may not be used to cooking opens up whole new avenues to explore in your meal preparations. From fresh herbs grown year-round from your indoor garden, to rare varieties of vegetables that you were able to cultivate and nurture from a tiny seed or cutting takes “cooking with love” to a whole new level.
